About me
Hey there! I'm Sophie, and I'm all about helping women in their thirties unlock their potential and thrive in their personal and professional lives. Whether that’s pushing back on societal expectations and timelines to carve their own unique path or finding out what their path looks like. With a mix of different coaching styles, I bring a well-rounded approach to our sessions.
Why have me as your coach?
For one, I live and breath this stuff every day. I understand what it’s like to feel stuck and not know where to even start. I know what it’s like to compare your timeline to others and worry that you’re not doing the ‘right’ thing. I’ve been there, I am there and I’m living it too, having worked hard to come out the other side.
Besides that I’ve got a wealth of coaching experience, with over 100+ hours under my belt integrating different coaching skills from positive psychology, to using cognitive behavioural approaches but most of all being solution-focused. I have a coaching certificate and EMCC accreditation and I’m currently in the final year of my Masters in Positive Psychology (due to finish August 2025)! I’ve had additional training in solution focus, cognitive behavioural and acceptance and commitment approaches too.
I also have experience of delivering online training and workshops and ensuring all the training is hands-on, informative and engaging.
A Bit More About Me
Outside of coaching, I love a theme park, any rides that put the fear in me are my cup of tea! I’m also a mahooosive fan of Harry Potter, so yes Harry Potter World in Florida is the stuff my dreams are made of. I love a sweet treat but somehow have never had a single filling and I’ve been told I can be tad competitive, especially when it comes to arcade games!
